Gunung Leuser National Park is a world Heritage site and one of the last places in the world where you can have the opportunity to observe the endangered Sumatra Orang Utan in the their natural habitat, we care deeply about the Welfare of all the animals in the Gunung Leuser National Park. We make sure, our forest exploration tours don't affect flora and fauna and that there's on little left. We only work together with licensed and experienced English speaking guides who take care of from wild animals and always put your safety first. During the trip, you will have many opportunities to observe the wildlife, which our guides will point out to you. You'll be explained about all species of plants and animals you will encounter in the forest.

You also see trees and beautiful tropical plants. The main purpose of this trip is, to see Orang-Utans in their natural habitat. You can watch them in their daily activities. Our guide will explain how Orang-Utans live and survive. You will have a lifetime of experiences that you will never forget.
During the trip, there’s many opportunities to rest, relax and enjoy the scenery around you. During the break you will be served fresh tropical fruit for a snack. Your guide will also serve you lunch on a higher place overlooking the forest.
Lunch
Your jungle adventure begins by crossing a long manmade suspension bridge that connects the village of Bukit Lawang with the forest. Trekking starts uphill, climbing quite a big amount of stairs. Once in the jungle there’s paths, taking you up and down the forest. You will be captivated by the lush and green rainforest and realize your small part in this big nature, looking at majestic jungle trees that tower high over your head. At some point during the trip, you will most certainly see what you’ve all been waiting for: Orang-Utans close in their natural habitat, some even with , which is truly amazing. Definitely an unforgettable experience.
You will be able to see many things during your forest trip.
In addition, there's Sumatra tiger, rhinos, elephant, and many more amazing wild animals, who normally hide themselves from the human eye.
For those of you who spent one or several nights in the forest: you will stay in a camp, sleeping on a sleeping bed, with the sound of the animals around you.
Your guide serve you dinner, to strengthen you for the next days trip.
After eating, there will be games for you entertainment.
Your adventure will end by rafting down the river on rubber tires, returning to the village
